Group T – Hello world!
I’m Olivier Paulus, a first year master student at the college university Group T and currently enrolled in the 2 year master program Electro-Mechanics focus Intelligent Mobility.
The last 5 years I’ve always been helping my parents in their company, a secretariat and marketing service company.
The cooperation between the customers and I helps me to first of all broaden my view as an engineer, learn how to cooperate with professional partners and get to know other people.
As a kid I’ve always been passionate about engineering and motorsport, becoming a race engineer and standing at the other side of the fence of a race event has been a dream for years. The last 2 years I’ve been actively pursuing this dream, I’ve started building my own rally car and at the same time I’ve entered a local but well known rally team as a mechanic. At the moment, so after 2 years, my car is almost ready and I’ve already been twice a copilot and hopefully I’ll be driving my car in one of the next rally events.
Keeping all the above in mind, the choice for the 2 year master program wasn’t that hard, participating in the CQS Group T Racing Team as an engineering student and at the same time being able to follow some domain specific courses and interesting seminars would be a great added value to my curriculum.
